NAt MAONO Africa, we are committed to equipping young people with the tools they need to build a better future. Our youth empowerment program focuses on life skills training, entrepreneurship, and practical skills development aimed at promoting self-reliance and increasing employability. We recognize the high levels of youth unemployment in informal settlements and the need to create alternative, sustainable income-generating opportunities. By providing training in areas such as business development, financial literacy, and vocational skills like soap making, we prepare youth to take control of their economic futures. In addition to technical skills, our program builds confidence, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, enabling participants to adapt to changing environments and seize new opportunities. Through mentorship, peer support, and community engagement, young people are inspired to become proactive changemakers and job creators, not just job seekers. Our goal is to foster a generation of resilient, skilled, and economically empowered youth who can drive social and economic transformation within their communities.
