Through a comprehensive menstrual health education session and the distribution of sanitary pads, we supported at-risk girls engaged in child domestic work by equipping them with essential knowledge, practical skills, and dignity kits to manage their menstrual health safely and confidently. The session created a safe space for learning, dialogue, and empowerment, addressing stigma, promoting self-care, and reinforcing the girls’ rights to health, protection, and education, while ensuring they have access to the basic resources needed to live with dignity.
