NMAONO Africa’s advocacy program is dedicated to creating awareness and driving positive change on issues affecting vulnerable children and youth in informal settlements. We use creative tools like participatory magnetic theatre, community forums, and online campaigns to educate, engage, and inspire action within communities. Our goal is to ensure that young people are heard, protected, and given opportunities to thrive. We work in partnership with local leaders, civil society, and government agencies to influence policies and strengthen support systems. By building the capacity of youth and community members, we empower them to speak up, take action, and lead change. Our advocacy efforts aim to create a just, inclusive society where every child and young person has a voice and a chance to succeed.
